F.A.S.T. Personal Training, based out of Howard County MD, offers year round boot camp in the Baltimore and Washington DC Metro areas.  Aside from local boot camps we also off destination boot camps, so if you are looking for us to come to you and a group of acquaintances, please call for further details.  Camps run primarily outdoors while during winter months some training will resort to going in-doors pending weather conditions.

We offer the following types of boot camps: All registered boot camp participants receive a t-shirt.

MOM-Moms on Missions.  While the kids are off at school, we get together midmorning and hit the pavement, getting back our bodies to pre pregnancy shape and better.  You can already have a group of MOMs looking to train together or come by yourself and join a group.  MOM is offered Fall, Spring, Winter.   Rates: 2x per week training at $69 per/week (based on 8-week boot camp)  3x per week training $75 per/week (based on 8-week MOM package)

Teen-Catering to all female teens between the ages of 13-18 for those looking to build confidence, self-esteem, or planning to go into the armed forces/law enforcement or simply to pass physical education testing requirements for your school.  This will be intense training sessions giving you opportunity to excel at your abilities. Offered 6PM during Fall and Winter.  Rates:  1x per week $45 per/week (based on 8-week program)  2x per week $65 per/week (based on 8-week program)

Survival-  You want that challenge? You want to sweat or cry?  Look no further.  This is not to scare or intimidate.  But you will simulate what it is like to go through actual boot camp like soldiers in-training.  Some things are modified, such as environment, yet all exercises and tempo will mirror what our soldiers/law enforcement officials endure in training. It is highly recommended that you have an intermediate fitness level to sign up for this boot camp.  Call and or email with additional questions.

BootCamp- Tired of being tired?  Need motivation?  Need to improve your fitness level and lose weight? This is for you.  Boot camp is offered 3 days per week at 615AM for 10-weeks.  Rates: $69per/week
