- Reduced her body fat percentage by 14%.

- For 12 weeks Wendy trained with Jill three times-a-week, never missing a workout, and completed an additional workout on her own each week.

- “Jill, thank you for making working out fun and challenging. In 12 weeks I lost 20 pounds and learned several exercise techniques to tone each part of my body. At times I hurt all over from strength training and weight lifting. It was definitely worth it, for I have received compliments left and right. I feel more energized and confident than I have in years. Thanks again, I truly appreciate your dedication and professionalism.” Congratulations, Wendy!

Below: Tierney Allen

Former client and recording artist Tierney Allen recently released “With All That I Am.” Although Tierney trained with Doug primarily to get in shape for photo shoots, she appreciated all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Tierney relocated to Orlando, Florida to record under a new management company, but had this to say about training with Doug before she left: “(Doug) was constantly giving me advice, telling me stories, making me laugh, and most importantly, keeping me motivated and focused on my fitness goals. Training with Doug was like working out with a friend who had my best interests at heart.”

Below: Stephanie Spivey - FBI Graduate!

Former client Stephanie Spivey approached Doug in September of 2002 with an ambitious request: to prepare her for the physical tests that accompany the FBI employment process. “Once my initial goal was met I gave (Doug) the difficult task of maintaining and building my body for the FBI Academy. The journey has been challenging and difficult on many levels…I am thankful that (Doug) never indulged my fears or concerns.” Stephanie entered the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia on August 24th, 2003, and was part of the class addressed by President Bush on October 10th. She learned that day that less than one-and-a-half people who apply for the Academy get accepted.

“…Then at 5:00 pm we ran more and I did push-ups with a 25 pound weight on my back! FUN! At muscle failure we would do regular push-ups, then at muscle failure again we did modified push-ups. Here is my proud moment: the gym was filled with people from about four classes of 75 or more people and I was so focused that I was the last one going (men and women). I did so many that people were clapping for me!” (E-mail received on Sept. 10th, 2003)

“I have maxed-out on the points for sit-ups.” (E-mail received on Sept. 13th, 2003)
