Below is a list of some of the services that F.A.S.T. Personal Training can provide apartment complex and office building fitness centers, and similar facilities, in addition to organizations such as co-workers, etc.

One-on-one personal training

  • Typical personal training sessions, promoted by fliers and brochures and/or some of the services that follow on this list.
  • Fee service, based on amount of sessions purchased and weekly frequency.

30-minute small group personal training on a rotating exercise schedule

  • Structured as a “quick muscle blast” with workout options in a row (example, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30), rotating “chest/shoulders/triceps” (a), “back/biceps/legs” (b), “abdominals”(c), “cardio circuit blast” (d). For example: a,b,c on Monday, b,c,d on Wednesday, d,a,b on Friday, etc.
  • Fee service, reduced due the group setting and the 30-minute timeframe.

Health screenings: blood pressure, body fat analysis, body weight

  • Done in conjunction with a health fair, or advertised as a service on it’s own.
  • Our compensation would be exposure for F.A.S.T. Personal Training and it’s fitness professionals, and the accessibility of conducting personal training in your facility.

8-Weeks to Weight Loss

  • An 8-week weight loss program focusing on proper eating habits and exercise efficiency. Pre- and post-program measurements are taken. Program includes weekly check-ins and educational/motivational meetings, including Nutrition 101.
  • Although exercise is the basis for this program, no organized workouts are held at the check-ins. The nutrition plan is the foundation for success here (as in any exercise routine) so we spend a great deal of time encouraging the participants to stay on track with their eating.
  • Fee service.

“The Concepts of Exercise” learning session

  • Usually goes in conjunction with a specific program or weight loss contest, but can also stand alone as a way to expose residents/employees to the trainer(s).

“Nutrition 101” learning session

  • Fee service, rates dependant on whether the organization pays or each individual pays.

Weight loss contest

  • The way this usually works: everyone who wishes to enter pays something like $20, and the winner collects the entire amount.
  • Pre- and post-contest measurements are taken by a trainer or several trainers.
  • The contest is usually kicked-off with the “Concepts of Exercise” learning session.
  • Usually no fee, as we are there to measure participants, help kick it off, and assist in wrap-up and determining the winner.
  • Our compensation would be exposure for F.A.S.T. Personal Training and it’s fitness professionals, and the accessibility of conducting personal training in your facility.

10-15 minute consultations with a personal trainer

  • Our compensation would be exposure for F.A.S.T. Personal Training and it’s fitness professionals, and the accessibility of conducting personal training in your facility.

Monthly equipment review for new residents or employees

  • Taking groups through safe, proper use of the exercise equipment at your facility.
  • Fee service, rates vary.
