Harold Harris is an NSPA certified personal trainer with over 10 years of training and coaching experience. He has played a variety of competitive sports, including football at the University of Kansas. He is currently a triathlete training for the ultimate triathlon, the Ironman. Harold enjoys motivating and working with a variety of people from youth to senior citizens. He also works with rehab clients, sport-specific and professional athletes.

Being a competitive athlete for over 30 years gave him an understanding of the importance of good training techniques. He also puts a great deal of effort into counseling his clients in terms of giving nutritional suggestions, encouraging his/her inner well-being, and "follow-up care" which he understands as the ultimate combination to guarantee to get the results you want in a motivating and healthy way. He is convinced that aligning body, mind, and the right training concept is the key to your success. Harold is able to design short- and long-term fitness programs to meet the needs of any individual.
