However it will have&nbsp;some of its&nbsp;similarities some things being a bit more intense.</p>
<p><strong>What to expect:</strong>&nbsp; You will be partnered with another participant (so 5 groups) during the course of 8-weeks.&nbsp;All groups will be color coded&nbsp;by&nbsp;your shirt color.&nbsp;Your goal is to get in the best shape possible.&nbsp; So no, you do not need to weigh excessive amounts of weight, you can already be in good shape and still win.&nbsp; Win?&nbsp; Yes the group that makes the most drastic change (ie weight, body fat, strength, attendance to sessions, demonstration of teamwork, etc) from day 1 to day 60 wins $1000 cash for the group.&nbsp; It is that simple.&nbsp; Oh and you get to keep all the goodies over the course of 8-weeks.&nbsp; There will be challenges where groups compete against each other, yet there will be activities that you will do on your own.&nbsp; This will be lots of fun and rewarding at the same time.&nbsp; I will take no mercy, that is why it is imperative that you are cleared by a physician.&nbsp; If you think you know someone that may be interested, please pass along, however I am only taking the first 10 persons that register, limiting to 5-groups.</p>
<p><strong>Details of the boot-camp are as follows:</strong></p>
<p>Start Date March 15th (location will be given to those who register)</p>
<p>End Date May 15th</p>
<p>You must be 18years of age or older.&nbsp; No cap on age.&nbsp; All genders, races and religions are welcome.</p>
<p><br />You will need proof of physical within the last 6-months or a signed release form to participate.<br />Several pieces of information will be emailed and you must fax back to be registered.<br />You will need to sign a release form to be filmed.<br /><br />Sessions are 8-weeks, 3x per week. 1 hour each session. Start time is 545pm Monday and Wednesday evenings and 8am on Sunday mornings. It is all outdoors, rain or shine. Details of location will be provided to those that are fully registered.&nbsp;</p>
<p><br />Sponsors are Road Runner Sports, Asics, and possibly Under Armor.<br />Upon registration you will need to provide shirt size.<br /><br /><strong>Rate:</strong> $600 total (that equals $25 per session) includes everything. You can make installments or partial payments to hold your spot. All final payments are due on or before March <a href="about:blank" target="_blank"><span style="color: #00008b;">1 2010</span></a>.&nbsp; There are no refunds of any kind due to being fair.&nbsp; You cannot hold a spot then change your mind at the last minute.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; What if I dont have a bike?&nbsp; You will need to borrow one, rent, etc.. there is no excuse for not getting proper equipment for the session.&nbsp; You will have ample time to get whatever is needed for the session and no you do not need to go out and purchase&nbsp;a bike or anything else&nbsp;unless you want to.</p>

Personal Training will be offering starting this fall going into the winter months.&nbsp; All events will be&nbsp;Free of charge.&nbsp; So when you find something that sounds of interest to you, tell your family and friends to come out and join you in hours of fun and excitement. Events will range from recess, to how to shop at the grocery store trip, to rock climbing, trail running, mountain biking, and the list goes on.&nbsp; Those are just a few activities that FAST will be sponsoring over the next several months to help keep our town, your community a&nbsp;more fit&nbsp;place to live.</p>
<p>The first outing that will be kicked off is recess. Yes, you read correctly recess.&nbsp; This will be an outing for all ages.&nbsp; Reminisce on the playground activities you did as a child&nbsp;while also&nbsp;learning some new-school playground activities that our children of today do.&nbsp; You dont even have to have children to come out to this one.&nbsp; Just come!&nbsp; More details will follow with dates and time and location.&nbsp;</p>
<p>To participate in one, two or even all the activities, you only need to RSVP so we can make sure all participants can be accommodated and most importantly, that&nbsp;everyone is&nbsp;safe.</p>
<p>These new outings will generally be offered one to two times per month starting in October going through December. So start telling everyone that you know, recess will be in effect come October.&nbsp; I hope to see you all there.</p>

Jill gave me a new plan that was so effective, I dropped a dress size in the first couple weeks. Her workout program has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I started as a size 12 and after losing 25lbs am now a size 6. Her advice does work and I love my new routine. During her time of training, Renita lost a tremendous amount of body fat and stopped taking blood pressure medication. On two separate visits to the doctor, Renita's physician lowered her diabetes medication to a very minimal dosage. She has greatly appreciated the time that she spent with Jeremy, and is sad that she is moving out of state. Says Renita, "Everything is going well and I have met some of my goals. I am taking less medications. I just went to the doctor yesterday and she was very happy about my progress. She stated that I am too healthy to have to come see her every 3 months, so she switch me to every 6 months.
