Endurance

 Workouts are here. In the Fall and Spring  Doug coaches weekly group running speed workouts in 8-week blocks: This includes runners, duathletes, triathletes and those wnating to get faster in their specific sport.   All speed training will be coached and performed by Doug. Speed workouts for the Fall will start in September and run for 8-weeks, and Spring speed workouts start in late February/early March. All training will be conducted at Howard High School starting at 7PM unless otherwise stated.  

Speed workouts are for all levels.  If you are a first time runner, or someone training for your 25th marathon and looking to set a PR or you need to be able to sprint up and down the soccer field. Come out, you will not be dissapointed.  You must register prior to participation.

In addition, FAST is now offering 1-on-1 weekly coaching sessions that are customized, detailed package plans.  

Cost for each 8 weeks of group speed training: $65

  • 1-on-1 monthly coaching:For Doug's expertise aiding as a private coach and advisor meeting 1x per month, a self-specific program building up to a specific event, and 1-45 min phone coaching : $120 month. Only those who have registered and currenlty attending the group speed workouts, your rate is $70 per month.
  • 1-on-1 weekly coaching;  45-75 min sessions are available at $79 per session 
  • Specific 6-week, 8-week or 12-week training packages all include 1-on-1 coaching, detailed training program and nutrition plan are available. Fill out inquiry form under the contact us link
