RumbleRoller

Physical therapists,  trainers, and athletes use foam rollers to relieve muscular pain and tightness, which are also

known as trigger points or knots.  The conventional foam rollers that most of us own, are the smooth surfaces

rollers that further compress soft tissue.  Rolling your body/muscles over the smooth roller tends to improves

blood flow and tissue flexibility, but the effect is limited and relatively superficial, unless you spend a lot of time

rolling. Who really spends hours of rolling every day?  The RumbleRoller was created to perform this therapy

more effectively so you are not spending endless amounts of time foam rolling.

'The RumbleRoller Manipulates Soft Tissue - Like a Massage Therapist!'

The surface of the RumbleRoller contains specially designed bumps that are firm, but flexible, much like the

thumbs of a massage therapist. As you roll over the top of the RumbleRoller, the bumps continuously knead

and gently stretch the soft tissue in multiple directions, which helps restore flexibility, and brings quick relief to

common types of muscular pain. Do not worry, yes these are safe to roll on your back and not worry about the

knobs pushing against your spine.  The roller, by design, is harder than muscle tissue but softer than bone.

Original Density or Extra-Firm. Which one is right for me?
If you're new to foam rolling or have gotten positive results from any type of conventional foam roller,

you'll want the original density (blue). Even though its the softer of the two foam rollers offered it's still more

aggressive than any other foam roller on the market.  The extra-firm version (black) is intended for experienced

users with especially dense muscle tissue that doesn't respond to normal massage pressure.

The roller is offered in two different sizes. 12'', which is more compact and easy to take along with you on travel or to

the office and use.

Then there is the 30'' roller that is longer.  When deciding on which one to get, ask yourself do you want to take

it with you to the gym or when on vacation? Then go with the short.  or, do you plan on using a lot at home? Go

with the long. If you can answer yes to both questions, then go with both.  It will be well worth the investment.
